How it works: (Earn Points)
Earn points from any of our Partner Merchants by simply following the steps below. A minimum purchase automatically qualifies you to earn points. You can save and use these points to redeem amazing prizes. (some restrictions may apply).
- Click “Rewards & Deals” on the home screen to view the list of Partner Merchants
- After choosing the Partner Merchant you wish to visit, click the "Scan QR Code” button
- Scan the QR code provided by an authorized representative at the Partner Merchant store to complete the points claiming process.
- After scanning, a confirmation screen will be displayed on your phone that you have successfully earned points on your account.

How it works: (Redeem Points)
Redeem Points from any of our Partner Merchants by simply following the steps below. Each reward provided must be accommodated with a specific amount of earned points in order to redeem rewards.
- Click “Redeem” on the homepage
- Select one of our awesome gift certificate or prizes in which your account has enough points to redeem.
- After submitting your choice of gift certificate or prize, a confirmation screen will be displayed on your phone and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email to show the prizes you have redeemed.
Please allow five (5) business days to process your redemption.

Receive amazing deals and exclusive discounts provided to all Alpha Plus app users from any of our Partner Merchants (Note: Exclusive deals cannot be combined or used with or to any other offers.
- Click “Rewards & Deals” on the home screen to view the list of Partner Merchants
- After clicking or choosing the partner merchant you wish to visit and receive the deal.
- Show deal from your phone to the Partner Merchant
- Receive the deal.
